Whether it be a midnight craving or a spotanious trip with friends, Ban Rai offers some iconic Sakes: Masumi Sanka, Demon Slayer (Wakatake Onikoroshi Junmai Daiginjo), and Born Gold Muroka to name a few! (Masumi Sanka being my personal favorite, with a very balanced taste of sweetness including light hints of peach and banana, completing your last sip with a polished and melodic finish.) Always confirm with staff on any special cuisine that chef makes wholeheartedly, as you definitely cannot miss out on that! Comradery, kindness, respect and genuinity are all the customs this restuarant/bar family provides to each individual coming in.
