About Me 

My early experiences were significantly shaped by my loving babysitters, who were practically like grandparents to me. From a young age, my life was influenced by the nurturing presence of these caregivers who provided me with an enriching environment. Growing up, I was exposed to a world of East Asian culture that would later become a profound source of curiosity and passion in my life.

My babysitters, with their boundless love and care, introduced me to the wonders of East Asian cuisine. Their delightful culinary creations from Vietnam and other parts of East Asia excited my taste buds and left a lasting impression. These flavors became a cornerstone of my childhood summers, sparking the interest I now have in the culture from which my babysitter originated.

With the guidance of my babysitters who are practically like my family, I developed a deep appreciation for the customs, traditions, and artistry of East Asian culture through Tatu (my babysitter/aka Grandpa). His influence instilled in me a lifelong curiosity, and I would later embark on my own journey to explore and immerse myself in the beauty and diversity of East Asian culture.
